Hip hop & vodka

All right. Maybe I should start realize that blogging isn't my favorite thing to do ...

The last post was 2 weeks ago and if I didn't already had some pics ready I wouldn't have done it now. Luckily, I do this for fun and not for a living ;)

Anyways! These pictures are from last Friday when we were out!

We went to Hamburgerbörs for some hip hop live performances, then to Naglo for Eurovision music, vodka drinks and unfortunately shots. Later we jumped in a taxi that drove us to Patricia. Me and Issa danced until the lights turned on and we went home to get some sleep. It was a really good night, but the next day was totally HORRIBLE. No more shots - like never!

Last weekend

Some instagram pics from last weekend.

Camilla, Simon and I played some games (correction: THEY played A game) on the terrace. For once in this cold country the sun was shining and we could sit outside without a winter jacket for a while without freezing to death ...

... we did later though.

Some friends came by and we had a "Kråkslottsparty" - Kråkslottet is my parents house c",)
Kalle R. showed us some photos from his younger days, and Kalle H. played guitarr and sang songs, just like Nordic Fridays! It was 9 degrees outside. That's insanely cold for a "summer" night in August I must say. When most of the crowd went home the rest of us cleaned the tables and went inside for more guitarr play and singing (by Ståhl!), and finally we fell asleep to Fight Club. On the couch. I can still feel the pain in my neck.

Saturday. Tess, Tomas, Micke and I went to Sickla for lunch and food shopping for the adults, while the kids were playing games in another store. We also tried out all the sofas and armchairs in one of the home furnishing stores. Many comfartable sofas, but the best one is still standing at T & T's apartment ♥ where we got a few minutes rest before going to my place for food, candy and a movie; Man on a Ledge (which I slept through).

Malta get-together

Haven't taken many pictures lately, but that doesn't mean nothing has happened!

Monday we went to Katrineholm to meet up with some old and new friend from Malta.

It was raining a lot so we spent most of the evening inside, with nice food some songs and games. It was fun to see the guys again - especially Jenny that I haven't seen in a long while.

The sun showed up the next day! Breakfast, cleaning and then in to town for lunch c",)

I had to wait for the train for 45 minutes, and then slept the whole way back to Stockholm, just a little bit tired ... Got home, took a shower and then it was time for dinner and cinema at Heron City with Camilla, Jocke, Danielle, Denise and Danneman. -The Dark Knight Rises!

Thursday (again)

Thursday was 3 weeks in Sweden. Still feels OK!

Camilla, Jocke, Simon and I went to Norberg after work.

We arrived in the evening, unpacked the car and started preparing the food.

Joakim was thirsty and drank some Amarone straight from the bottle.

Simon's armchair took a while (a long while) to finish ... He was a little bit dizzy afterwards :)

A bit later we enjoyed the sauna and a swim in the lake. It wasn't warm, but not too cold.

I guess the alcohol helped us to man up as well ...

Springsteen

Saturday and time for Göteborg!

We left early and arrived to our "hotel" in the afternoon.

A taxi drove us to town and we had a couple of drinks a place called Danilo.

Dinner across the street at Scandic Opalen where they served a delicious buffet!

At Ullevi! Elin and I bought our tickets the same day and got seats straight across the scene, but we didn't see very well, so after a while we walked down to the ground where we found Tess, Tomas, Jocke and Robin. The party started, and the concert was AWESOME!

Afterwards we were all tired, but some of us decided to go out for a drink.

We ended up at a bar, Joe something, and ordered beer, sat there talking and laughing until it was time to go back home. Bought some food and went back to the office which was the "hotel" that we borrowed from Cillan's best friend. Started a very important conference before we went to sleep ... At around 4:30 in the morning.

Woke up the next day and drove to Freeport (an outlet with different brands) - it wasn't very good so we didn't stay for very long. Instead we said good bye and thanks to everyone who were going back to Aspö, and we started our drive to Stockholm.

A big THANKS for inviting me to come, for a great time and thanks to Bruce for a good show!

My last night

Yesterday was my last day (for now) on the island ...

Spent most of it inside, packing and cleaning. During the evening I met Sammy, Maria, Caroline and Tess for a dinner at Meet. Salmon and rose wine, a Baileys and apekatter ♥

Later we walked down to Juuls for too many Bombaklaats and a Gregorys. A lot to drink but at least I managed to avoid the shots. Dancing and drinking, talking to all the wonderful people who came down so "HI!" and good bye - no tears, only happy smiles. A perfect night!

It was harder than I though saying bye to Juuls. I guess it's the only thing that has been there since I came, and that hasn't really changed (much). People are leaving, people are coming and you get to know awesome friends - but that bar has been there since day one.

So many memories, good times. I hope to see you again soon! "How do I live without you?".

Team dinner

Last night the Betsson Brand Team had dinner at Zest, to say good bye to me and Honken. Mr. Boss taught us that a man should never speak for longer than he can make love (5:34?) and the food was delicious! I know I write this a lot right now, but I miss everyone of them already, and I've only been away from the office for 12 days. "I will survive" ...

After dinner we went to Hugos Lounge for some more drinks and champagne!

Unfortunately I couldn't stay very long since I was so tired (and a bit drunk as well), so I went home quite early. Fell asleep immediately and woke up this morning with a horrible headache. Doesn't matter though, it was a great night with great people. Thanks for coming and for the awesome card with your love, and for the gift! I've managed to use half of it already ... ;)

Bombaklaat

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CAMILLA ♥

Yesterday was supposed to be a bit more chillaxed.
It started out good, but ended with bubbles at BarCelona.

BBQ with friends, a music quiz that Team number 1 won - OBV!
1, 2, 3 drinks at my beloved Juuls where we met Valle and co. Took a walk to BC, danced
a bit in the heat, sang a song and then we went home. It was for the best, I was drunk.

I'm on my way out. I need some sun, I've been lazy for 2 days now.

I was supposed to go with Jess and her team on The Spirit of Malta, but the alcohol messed it up for me. It would have been nice. I'm a little bit annoyed that I didn't force myself to go.

Anyways - countdown. 4 more days on the island. On Thursday I'm HOME! Can't wait ...

Serendipity

My last Friday on the island couldn't have been much better.

THANKS to everyone who showed up!

Dinner at Tapaz and then to Memories where we sang some songs and had too many shots - I think. I shouldn't drink shots. I lose my memory and I say stupid things. But it was really fun. & I'm happy that we didn't go any further than that (I won't miss you Paceville).

Today I feel like shit. No. Really. Like a bag of shit.

Aren't we pretty as hell? Oh yes, we are.

BBQ at Sandra and Sara's tonight. If you ask me right now I don't really feel like it, but in a couple of hours it will be better. I think it will be awesome! AWESOME is one of my favorite words in English. My absolute favorite word is SERENDIPITY. I love it! Taste it - it's beautiful.

Serendipity means a "happy accident" or "pleasant surprise"; specifically, the accident of finding something good or useful without looking for it. (wikipedia)
